These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HousIQ, which is operated by Dravara, LLC ("HousIQ," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, joining a household, using the service, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility And Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create or manage a primary household account.
- Users ages 13-17 may use HousIQ only with parent or guardian permission and subject to the controls of the adult household account.
- Children under 13 may not create accounts directly and must be managed through an adult household account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or household access unless caused by our own breach.
Households, Members, And Ownership
- The person who creates or administers a household may invite, remove, rename, and manage household members.
- Household data, settings, task history, and member relationships may be visible to authorized household members depending on role and permissions.
- If you accept an invitation to join another household, your account may be moved from a current household to the new one where the product flow says that will happen.
- You must have authority to invite another person to a household and to provide their contact information for that purpose.
Subscriptions, Trials, And Billing
Paid features and household subscriptions are governed by these Terms and our Billing & Refund Policy.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.
- Trials, discounts, or promotional pricing may be limited by account, email, household, country, provider rules, or prior use.
- We may change pricing prospectively by giving reasonable notice where required by law.
- Taxes, currency handling, processor fees, and local legal requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use HousIQ for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
- Upload malware, spam, or abusive content through support, invites, or household features
- Use HousIQ in a way that violates the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property rights
Feedback And Service Improvements
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them to improve HousIQ without compensation or further approval.
Third-Party Services
HousIQ relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, communications, and related functionality. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Service Availability
HousIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that every feature will be available in every country.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for HousIQ or others.
You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the Billing & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
HousIQ, our software, branding, site content, and service materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we retain all rights in the service.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HousIQ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HousIQ and Dravara, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose or US$100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
Consumer Rights And Local Law
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply. These Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of HousIQ after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
