Subscriptions
Paid HousIQ access may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
- Subscription charges are billed in advance at the interval shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring amounts, taxes, and authorized fees.
Trials And Introductory Offers
Free trials or introductory offers may be available only for eligible accounts, emails, households, or regions. Trial length, if offered, is controlled by the checkout terms shown at purchase.
We may deny or limit trial eligibility for reasons including prior trial use, billing history, promotion misuse, or other abuse-prevention rules.
Auto-Renewal
Unless canceled before renewal, your subscription automatically renews for the same or a similar billing period and your payment method will be charged at the then-current price, plus applicable taxes, unless we tell you otherwise.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through the service or by contacting support.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges.
- Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, cancellation does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred.
- Access generally continues through the end of the paid billing period or trial period then in effect.
Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or mid-cycle cancellation.

Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are in a jurisdiction that gives consumers a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right for online purchases, those rights apply to the extent required by law.
If digital service begins immediately after purchase, applicable law may allow that withdrawal right to be reduced or lost after you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the legal effect, where such consent is required.
Price Changes
We may change prices prospectively. If required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before the new price applies to a renewal.
Taxes
Prices may exclude taxes, duties, levies, VAT, GST, or similar charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Where required, those amounts may be added at checkout or included in the displayed price depending on your location.
Tax calculation, tax display, and the jurisdictions in which we collect tax may depend on our payment processor settings, your billing location, and our tax registration obligations at the time of purchase.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the charge. We may suspend or limit access if valid payment cannot be collected.
Promotions And Discounts
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may have separate terms, expiration dates, regional limits, or one-time-use restrictions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. HousIQ does not store full payment card details. Your use of the payment flow may also be subject to the processor's own terms and privacy practices.
