Before you delete
Deletion is permanent once processed.
- Data-only deletion requests keep the account sign-in unless you ask us to delete it.
- Account deletion removes your sign-in and access.
- Household deletion removes household members, tasks, rooms, reports, routines, and rewards.
- Billing, receipts, security logs, and deletion request records may be retained where required.
- We may verify account ownership before completing a request.
